What information do we collect and hold?

Contact Name, Telephone Number, Fax Number, Email Address, Address, Company Registration Number, VAT Registration Number and Trade References

How we use it

Customer information is used to ensure we can fulfil our contractual arrangements with you. Upon your agreement, your information will also be used to send information regarding new products and services that we think will be of interest. We may occasionally contact you for market research purposes to help improve our service to you. Your information is held on our secure IT system which is protected with a combination of physical and technical measures.

We hold information relating to our suppliers to organise our procurement activities, issue purchase orders, process payments and review the products you supply us with.

We may also collect information when we have visitors to our office to ensure we comply with fire protection regulations and on receipt of job applications where we use the information to assess suitability.

When we disclose it

We may share your information with government agencies, financial and insurance services and couriers for business-critical reasons. We use MailChimp to deliver marketing emails. How long do we keep it?

We will not retain your data for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. Different retention periods apply for different types of data, however, the longest we will normally hold any personal data is 6 years.
