ORDER AND SHIPPING ENQUIRIES
What happens if I believe there is something wrong with my order?

If you have any doubts about anything please contact our Customer Service department at hello@simplylunch.co.uk or on 0345 200 7631 and we will be able to help you.

What time do you have to order by for next day delivery?

Place your order by 1:30pm to guarantee next day delivery. Monday deliveries need to be placed by 1:30pm on Friday.

Can I add a PO to my order?

Yes, once you have selected the items you would like to order, this will be an option on the next page.

Can I see my past orders when I log in?

Yes, click the ‘Order Now’ button and then you will see another button saying ‘Order History’ where all past orders can be viewed.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, when you are logged in, click ‘Order Now’ and then ‘Manage Orders’. Your current orders will be displayed. Click the green ‘Cancel’ button on the right hand side to cancel your order.

Can I amend my orders?

At the moment, you cannot amend your order. Instead, you will need to cancel your current order and re-submit a new order.

How do I update my personal or delivery details?

Click ‘Order Now’ and then ‘Manage Account’. Here you can update your personal, delivery, invoice and user details.

How do I place an order for a lunch?

Once you have signed into our website, click the ‘Order Now’ button. Choose a delivery date and location and then start adding products to your basket

Is VAT included in the price of my purchase?

If you've forgotten your password, you can always reset it: Click 'Forgot' to reset your password.

PAYMENT ENQUIRIES
What payment methods are available to me?

The main method of payment is by credit and debit card. If you are interested in setting up a credit account with us and pay by invoice then please contact our Customer Service team at hello@simplylunch.co.uk.

What card types do you accept as means of payment?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. American Express is currently not supported.

How do I know if my payment is successful?

You will receive an email confirmation of your completed order which will state that your order has been paid in full. Please keep this for your records.

If I cancel my order that I have already paid for, how do I go about getting a refund?

As soon as a cancellation is received, the orders total amount will be refunded to the card used to pay for the order and the funds will be back in your account within 2-3 working days.

Will I receive a VAT invoice after payment?

A full VAT invoice will be emailed on the day of delivery to the email address that was used to place the order.
